I started Hummingbird Finance because I noticed something. Brilliant, capable women were building seriously impressive businesses, and still felt like the numbers were the one piece of the puzzle they hadn't quite cracked. Not in crisis. Not failing. Just at the stage where guessing wasn't going to take them where they wanted to go next.

I trained in audit at a Big 4 firm, after a first-class Chemistry degree from Oxford, and spent years inside the corporate world before deciding to take everything I'd learned and use it differently. Less stuffy. Less reactive. Far more human.

Hummingbird is what I built with all of it. A strategic finance partnership for the founder who's already doing well and wants the structure, the strategy, and the confidence to do brilliantly.
