Know exactly what you can pay yourself for the next 12 months, in one 2-hour session (and you won't even need the glass of wine)
We'll get to grips with what's really going on in your numbers, then map out the next 12 months together. So you can finally answer the questions that have been rattling around your head for ages.
Can I take on the VA? Can I join that coaching programme? Can I actually take September off?
It's 9pm. You've finally stopped for the day.Your bookkeeper's monthly report has been sitting unopened in your inbox for a week, and you are very much not in the mood. So you open the banking app instead, glass of wine firmly in hand. Because honestly? You can't face either without one.
You're running a business you're genuinely proud of. Clients love you. Money's coming in.
But if someone asked what you can safely pay yourself every month for the next year, you couldn't tell them.
You know what last month looked like. That's not the problem. The problem is you can't see what's coming. So every big decision gets made on a gut feeling and a quick peek at the bank balance. The VA. The coaching programme you've had open in a browser tab for three months. Taking September off.
And underneath all of it, there's a bigger question.
Since you started, your income has been a bit of a rollercoaster. Steady enough some months, nerve-wracking in others. What you really want is to be able to rely on it. To pay yourself properly and consistently, and cover the things that matter to you, without the dread and the 3am maths that currently come free with it.
You're ready to say what your business brings home out loud. You just don't trust your numbers enough to do it yet.
I'm not going to lie, it's not that you haven't tried.
You've asked your accountant to help you plan ahead. But you get a non-committal answer as they're busy finishing last year's accounts, not mapping out next year.
You've got a bookkeeper, and your books are bang up to date (gold star). But the reports they send each month are pages of numbers that don't tell you what to actually do. So they live in your inbox. Unopened. Quietly judging you.
You've built a spreadsheet, or a Google Sheet, or kept it all in your head. It tells you what revenue is planned in. It doesn't tell you what you can do next.
You've asked Claude to be your CFO. It made you a beautiful spreadsheet, and you're still not sure what it's telling you.
Maybe you've even taken out a quick loan or credit card to plug a cash flow gap, and found the repayments made the gap bigger.
None of that is you doing it wrong. It's that every one of those things looks backwards. What you need is someone to look forward with you.
That's exactly why I created the Strategy Deep Dive. Two hours, your real numbers, and a clear view of the next 12 months.
Here's what we'll get done togetherKnow exactly what you can pay yourself every month for the next 12 months, so you stop taking whatever's left and start planning your life around a real number
Find out how much of what's in your bank account is actually yours, even if money's flying in and out every week and you've lost track of what belongs to tax, VAT and next month's bills
Get a straight answer on the VA, the coaching programme or the month off, tested in your forecast live, so you see the answer instead of just hearing it
See your cash flow month by month before it happens, so the quiet months and the big tax bills stop jumping out at you like a horror film
Say "I've got the mortgage this month" and mean it, because you know the business can handle it (without the 3am maths)
Finally understand your numbers in plain English, even if you've always told yourself you're "not a numbers person"
Walk away with a plan, not a pile of spreadsheets: three numbers to watch each month and a clear yes, not yet, or yes if on every decision you brought with you
How the Strategy Deep Dive worksOne 2-hour session with me, plus an hour of groundwork behind the scenes before we meet. We get to grips with your numbers as they are now, then forecast the next 12 months together.
1
Send me what you've got.
Access to your bookkeeping software (or your spreadsheet) and a short questionnaire about what you pay yourself now, what you'd like to take home, and the decisions sitting on your list. No tidying up first.
2
I get stuck into your numbers (1 hour, behind the scenes).
What's really coming in, where it's going, what you're actually keeping, and how much of your bank balance is genuinely yours.
3
Your Deep Dive session (2 hours, together).
First, where you are now, in plain English. Then we build your 12-month forecast: revenue, costs, tax and cash flow, month by month. Then we put your big decisions into it live, and you see the answer for yourself.
4
You walk away with your plan.
Your 12-month forecast, your monthly pay-yourself number, a clear answer on each decision, and the three numbers to keep an eye on each month.
Want someone keeping you on track after that? You can add on quarterly check-ins. But the Deep Dive stands on its own.
Let me tell you about a recent Deep Dive.
She had money flying in and out of her business account every month, and genuinely didn't know how much of it was hers. She was sure she had a cash flow problem. So she did what felt sensible and took out a quick loan.
Plot twist: the repayments on that loan were so steep, they were making the cash flow worse.
In our session, we worked out the real size of the gap, so she could look at replacing the quick loan with a proper one she could actually pay back. The thing is the business was profitable. Properly profitable. She'd just been taking out more than it could support each month, because she'd never been able to see what it was really making.
When we forecast the next 12 months, she got a plan. Exactly what she could take out of the business every month. How much to put towards the loan. How much she actually needed to borrow.
Let's be honest, it wasn't the easiest two hours. Finding a hole that size is a lot. But it meant she could go away and actually fix it, instead of digging deeper.

"It was a great call, I got everything I wanted from it and anything I didn't understand was explained clearly. I walked away confident that Anastasia was taking care of me and really cared about my business. I can't wait to fill in my new fancy spreadsheet!!"
Harriet, HEO HQ

"Since working with Anastasia, I've been able to build steady profits and pay myself consistently through a mix of PAYE and dividends (something I never thought I'd be confident doing). I now have a much clearer structure for how money moves through the business, which has helped me plan ahead, stay organised, and actually enjoy seeing the financial side grow."
Sally Fletcher, Coaching with Sally Ltd

"I'm now paying myself monthly from my business instead of waiting to see what's left at the end of the year, and I'm feeling more confident. Last year I was able to submit my tax return early to help with mortgage approval and confidently take a lump of earnings out for my deposit!"

"Anastasia is SO SO knowledgeable, patient and easy to communicate with. She made it really easy to explain what I wanted to see and deliver it in front of me. I could never have created what she did on my own! I'd absolutely recommend you go book her now!"

Who it's for
This is for you if:You run a service business that's bringing in consistent money, but if I asked what you can safely pay yourself, you'd have to guess
You've got a decision on your list (a hire, a VA, a programme, a holiday) and you want a real answer, not a gut feeling
You want to be able to rely on what your business pays you, and you want that to feel exciting, not terrifying
You're ready to look at your numbers properly, even if a little bit of you wants to hide behind a cushion
This isn't for you if:You want someone to do your bookkeeping or your tax return (that's your accountant's job, and I'm happy to work alongside them)
You'd rather not share your real numbers, or your bookkeeping is months behind and you're not ready to get it caught up
You're looking for a quick fix you'll never need to look at again
You've been in business for less than a year (come back when you've got a year of numbers for us to play with!)
Questions you might be asking
Do my numbers need to be perfect before we start?
Nope! Up to date, yes. Perfect, no. Get your bookkeeping done to the end of last month (if you have a bookkeeper, that's a quick ask for them), and leave the making sense of it to me. That way our time goes on your next 12 months, not on catching up the last few.
What if you find out the business is failing?
Honestly? It's far more likely we find something fixable. My last Deep Dive client thought she had a cash flow crisis. It turned out her business was profitable, she'd just been paying herself more than it could support. Not knowing doesn't make a problem smaller. It just gives it time to grow.
Isn't this what my accountant does?
Your accountant looks back at last year. I look forward at the next 12 months. We're on the same team, just facing different directions.
My income goes up and down every month. Can you even forecast that?
Yes! And that's exactly when a forecast earns its keep. We build it from your real patterns and run a cautious version too, so you can see what happens if a launch flops or a busy season goes quiet.
What if the forecast is wrong?
It will be, a little bit. Nobody has a crystal ball (I've checked). The point is having a plan to measure against, instead of a bank balance to panic at.
Do I need to be good with numbers?
Not at all. Everything is explained in plain English, and you can ask me anything. No question is a silly one.
How much time does it take?
Making sure your bookkeeping is up to date and sending it over, then two hours with me. I do the hour of groundwork.
Is one session really enough?
For getting clear on the next 12 months and the decisions in front of you, yes. If you want someone keeping you on track after that, you can add on quarterly check-ins.
What if you tell me I can't afford the VA or the programme?
Sometimes the answer is "not yet". But "not yet, and here's what needs to be true first" is a far better place to be than guessing.
Two futures
If you book your Deep Dive:You know your pay-yourself number for every month of the next year
You've got a straight answer on the VA, the programme, the month off
You say "I've got this one" out loud, and mean it
If you don't:The decisions still get made, just on gut feel and a bank balance check
Your partner keeps carrying the big bills, and you keep feeling guilty about it
Next month it's 9pm again, the report's still unopened, and you're back on the sofa with the wine and the banking app, hoping
The last quiet question"What if I find out something I don't want to know?" Then you'll know it while there's still time to do something about it. That's kind of the whole point. And you won't be figuring it out on your own, I'll be right there with you.
